There is a drive thru Starbucks on the opposite side of the freeway now but lowered cars will not making it into the parking lot, I even have trouble in the stock height BMW.

Daly City starbucks is the Gellert one right? The dip getting into the parking lot is pretty bad from what I remember.

yep, that is the one -
. the entrance on the side by the Bank of the West is very smooth. i don't recall the entrance on the other side being particularly rough either.
