I can make it kinda close
Back will be 8.5 + 25
Front will be 7.5? Or just 7 +30? +15mm if need be

Yes as long as your tires are 225/40 F/R the rim size doesn't matter, it will go off of tire size (someone correct me if I'm wrong)
