normal because the stock flywheel is a dual mass plating which dampens all the noise. now that you got a light weight flywheel there's nothing to hide the noise and causing a rattling, cement truck etc. get used to it!

What is a good quality aftermarket clutch/flywheel setup that has minimal chatter/noise? I am currently leaning towards ACT.

Nismo Flywheel has some of the least noise.

If you are putting performance parts on your car, noise should be expected and tolerated.

I'm running an Exedy flywheel and a Southbend/DXD Stage 3 Clutch (re-branded/upgraded exedy)

Is Southbend really a rebranded Exedy Clutch? I'm running their TZR Clutch kit along with their HD CSC and Steel Flywheel, awesome kit btw. I never heard this before

Yes Southbend is made by Exedy. I too have a Southbend clutch and flywheel, there is almost zero chatter in the flywheel it's actually less than my previous Exedy flywheel i don't know how that's possible but it is.
