I believe it is yes. Also, does anyone remember if there are speedbumps that are directly in the way of entering the garage?

I will literally scrape my entire car if there is. I do know previously there were a ton of speedbumps all through out the parking lot, which I'll have to go around. But I won't be able to enter the garage if there's one leading onto the garage ramp.
