We partnered up with Bayside Church because they wanted to have an awesome car show for the entire weekend, so we are showing them what Dreams and Drivers is about. You don't have to put a car in the show to participate and support Dreams and Drivers staff and the hard work they will be doing having three events in 48 hours. So come see the cars, visit and enjoy refreshments, food vendors present and if you so desire, Bayside will be holding several services throughout the car show.

Aerospace Museum Photo Shoot

Dreams and Drivers will be hosting a photo shoot at the Aerospace Museum of California.
Please RSVP with Kym at dreams.drivers@yahoo.com for this great photo opportunity. Have your photo taken with the plane of your choice. After the shoot we will be creating a calendar for folks to purchase just in time for the holidays.
After you RSVP, a time will be assigned for you to arrive.
The event is FREE, however, a $5.00 donation to the Aerospace Museum will be collected and turned over to them for allowing us to participate and use the field.
This is a GREAT privilege and honor to be allowed to drive our cars on the field...THAT said, Kym and Josh are sticklers for the rules of the museum. You must provide proof of insurance and sign a waiver in order to enter the park area where the planes are being displayed. You and your vehicle will be escorted onto the park by staff member. Only one car will be allowed on the field at a time.

Dreams and Drivers Picnic & BBQ

Please join us for our October event, our first annual Dreams and Drivers Picnic and BBQ at Henningsen Lotus Park, in beautiful Lotus CA.
Ever wanted to really get to know the Dreams and Drivers group? Go on a nice spirited drive and have food? This is your chance!
The day begins with our regular D & D “Show & Shine” at the Starbucks located at 25055 Blue Ravine Rd (and Natoma) in Folsom. The event starts at 9 am... then the fun begins! At 10:30am, Bruce Brincka, in either his Sunbeam Tiger or Ford Mustang, will lead us all on brisk drive to Lotus Park for our picnic.
Maps will be printed for you but the route we will be taking is: Leave Starbucks and take Green Valley Rd, which dead ends into Lotus Rd. Turn left and the park is about 5 miles up on the left.
If you want to meet us later, directions are on line... and, its best to arrive at noon.
WHAT YOU BRING: BYO... Bring a cooler of what you’d like to cook, drink and eat (pizza, sandwiches, or whatever you desire). D and D will supply the paper plates, napkins and utensils as well as charcoal for the picnic. We will also have a side dish for all to share. If you have a specialty that your family loves, now is the chance to show it off. Don't forget your chairs and blankets and any toys for the kids and pets.

This event is about the friends we have made but never get to chat and talk with. Bring the family, the kids, the dogs, your chairs, games and come have fun. We always wonder who drives what car, and 2 hours once a month is hardly enough time to get to know one another. This is how we change that.
