TNT has always done good work for me in the past with my G. Now they just finished painting my Supra and it looks amazing. Tony does really good work.

I also live 1.5 hrs away but I will go to TNT anyday before I go elsewhere. Just my 2 cents.

Glad it worked out for you. Took me going back and forth a few times to get my paint to be "acceptable"

The color looks great but I had a few issues with the clear coat on some panels. A few of the panels were more dull or hazy than others. This has been fixed though. I will also need to take car into a detailer to have some pretty bad holograms removed from every panel on the car. I think they need to not go so aggressive with the polisher on new paint of get some new pads. This has happened to me on more than one occasion. $250 later, these will be all gone and looking very shiny again.

Issues (some not pictured)

I asked for poly, they did fiberglass
They had to replace the door (insurance cost) and they ****ed up my tint and my door actuator does not work.
Tiny black overspray
Bad fitment
Screws to hold sides in place.

From my experience, I would never recommend TNT autobody to anyone.

ouch... I have a bunch of black screws holding my side skirts on. Some of the ones in the fender area are angled since its so hard to screw it in straight (with the right tool)

Had my car painted at TNT, went from DG to Alpine White.

Months later when the paint started to crack I learned that my old paint was never even removed or prepped before painting over it.

My rear splash guards were also not removed to be painted (they looked molded when I picked up my car, since they painted over where they connect to the car itself, then later that cracked/chipped and can see DG under it)

There is also a tiny bit of clear coat drip on my driver side door.

And that thin strip between the door/sideskirts is completely cracked to **** on both sides.

Tried to contact them a few times to correct it, never heard back/talked to anyone, they were always "not available"

Eventually gave up. Also live 2+ hours away so I can't exactly just stroll in there any time I want.

Never going back.

I've seen French's car at Beshoff one time. Definitely can back up his claim. At the time I wondered "where did this guy get his paint job?" I remember almost laughing inside. When he said TNT I was surprised considering all the good reviews they seem to get back then.

Another bad experience with TNT here. Had my car painted Black Sapphire Metallic from OB and had clear coat runs, a bad masking job at the side rear window that caused a piece of paint/clear to be missing, overspray on rims, ripped drivers seat, scratched up headlights, little black screws drilled in to hold my CS Rear, and holograms all over the car when it was picked up as well.

Masking job was never a strong point from my experience. The trim around the rear quarter windows was never removed so I have lines where the original silver still shows through. There is a 1 inch section on the inside lip of rear window that is still silver.

They do like those lil black screws dont they.

Holograms is what kills me. I dont even like to look at my car now until I can get it into the shop to have it detailed the way it should be detailed.

Is the thin strip you are referring to the rubber molding piece that is at the bottom of the door? The paint cracked where the body meets the molding and it looked like ****. This happened on both doors. I had TNT fix this on one of my visits up but I guess its only a matter of time before it cracks again.

Hood was never put on right so now it chips the corner of fender every time I open. I guess that what touch up paint is for.

I almost went there to get mine resprayed but thank God I didn't. I have heard some bad stories about their work but kept it off the forum as they seemed to have their little group of fanboys on here who back them all the way.

Glad this has finally come out as I can get paint jobs like this from Maaco.
