Clutch chatter is mostly vibrations caused by a performance clutch. Imagine someone taking your transmission and tossing it into a washing machine.

It's sort of like when your take off from a hill on really low RPM and the car begins to vibrate/shudder. You might have felt the pedal vibrating and heard metallic clunking from the motor/transmission moving around. That's pretty much what clutch chatter is, except now it happens more often. Even on my OE clutch, if I'm taking off on a hill, and keep it below 1k RPM, the clutch chatters/vibrates.

You can probably replicate clutch chatter on your OE clutch by going on a steep hill, and taking off at the lowest RPM.

Here's a good video of the kind of chatter I experienced in my car. You can see the shaking, which is what causes the noise.

I highly doubt your setup will be even close to this bad. The only person I know who I think swapped into an aftermarket setup was Mitch (golden_shower) but he sold his car. But from what I remember, the chatter was not bad at all.

the only vibration in your car is coming from the purple thing in your anus.
