i assure you, it's still valid. when i got a 90 in 55 ticket, cop wrote down my license plate wrong, my name wrong, my address wrong, even my driver's license number wrong. but guess what? - i still got a notice at the right address, and i ended up paying the ticket and letting it go. you can get a ticket even driving a friggin Pinto, so your conselation (sp?) is that at least you got it while driving a respectable faily fast car.

You never answered my question Cru.....What's your educational background?
I doubt that. I get paid better, I have better benefits, I have a nice retirement plan and I have job security.

As for my education I graduated from H.S. and I attended a local community college for two years. I have worked full time ever since.

Now why don't you tell everyone why you really hate the police so much Patrick? You told me before, why not repeat it for everybody to see? You can't keep ducking the question.

YUP, A GREAT JOB SECURITY UNTIL A BULLET PIERCES THROUGH YOUR BADGE. WHAT A WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY.
AND TWO YEARS OF JUNIOR COLLEGE, EH? WHAT'S THE MATTER BUDDY? WAS HIGHER EDUCATION TOO CHALLENGING FOR YOU?

I answered your question, why not answer mine?

I wouldn't know if "higher education" was too challenging for me as I never attended a real University. I chose to work instead of pursue a degree. That doesn't make me any less of a man than you, despite your opinion of me and my chosen career.

What's at the real heart of your beef pw? Is it the fact that you couldn't make the cut when you applied for a police position? Is it because I have a better career than you and your degree (I assume you have one)? The fact that I make more money than you with barely two years of Community College must really burn you.

Stop deflecting the real issues here and answer the questions you so conveniently seem to ignore.

Cru, it's not worth it. Don't allow him to get to you. Although, I do not think that is the case. My kid brother is a police officer and truth be told . . . I wouldn't want your job. For the most part, it's a tough and thankless vocation. I cringe when I hear the stories, as told by my brother and my other police officer friends.

I remember when my brother was in the police academy. Unless someone has walked in your shoes or has a family member in the force, they have really no clue . . . Be safe.

He likes to pop up here and there and try and goad me but it never works. He even threw around some racial slurs in one thread a while ago when he found out I was Latino. I deal with much worse in the real world, so pw's antics are pretty benign compared to what I encounter on a day to day basis.

I appreciate your support though andy.

cru, police haters are people who watched too many gangsta videos. it just ain't worth the trouble arguing with a fool - he'll drag you down to his own level and beat you with experience. unfortunately, "online forum" and "discussion forum" are two different things.

Caps Lock. learn its location. turn if OFF. and get out of my a$$.

for the record, i have a master's degree. lots of people i work with have degrees as well. it doesn't prevent them from being idiots and a$$holes. so, save the junior college stereotype for your buddies.

This is a forum about Infiniti G35 - let's stick to the topic. Moderators, please moderate.
