Any shop recommendations in the SF/Daly City area?

I'm looking to get headers installed in my G35 sedan and realize there is ZCarGarage and Scott Performance in the South Bay, but what about the SF area. Thanks.

I don't know of any reputable shops in SF. As much as I hate driving all the way to San Jose, I would make the trek to Z-Car-Garage for some high quality work.

I could possibly take a nap when I'm there waiting. Do you know if they work on Saturdays?

I haven't heard of any shops in the SF/Daly City Area that will touch a G35. All of the shops I called - Mach III, ASP, and Autoplus told me that if we take out any of the cats we'll get a check engine light. I called up Z Car Garage and they did it no problem with no check engine light.

Take the 30 minute ride to San Jose and have it done there.

We at Mach III are more then willing to install your header for you. The removal of the catalytic converter will set off the check engine light because the oxygen sensor that is normally in place, will not be reading anything. However, if you are just changing the header, the cat remains, along with the O2 sensor, therefore, no check engine light. We have been in business for about thirteen years, and offer a lifetime warranty for all of our installations. If you are interested, give me a call at 415-594-0030 and we will take care of you.

Hmmm . . . My brother had some suspension performed on his '04 6MT sedan at Gruppe-S located in Hayward. He was very pleased with the work.
