This just hurts. Everyone tells me how much they love my car and comment on it all the time, but when it comes time to sell it, noone wants it. I have a for sale sign on it and people always call me to tell me they like it and to talk about it, but noone wants to buy it.

Not to be rude, but why would I sell you my car for the price the dealer would give me? When you trade a car in you dont have to pay taxes on the money the dealer gave you for the trade it.

I am willing to sell the car for 32,500, and that is the best deal you will find anywhere on a 2005 6mt with 10,000 miles on it.

Yes you would... the state charges a "use tax" for buying it from a private party if its sold within 80% of its KBB value they charge tax on what you paid for it, now if it were to say you bought it for $20k they'd charge you tax on $35k which is the KBB value.

that's true but you can also sign an affidavit swearing you bought it for $20K and that's what they'll tax you on but if they somehow find out you paid more you're in deep doo doo

Either way you are paying taxes, just with my car you only pay 32,500 then taxes as opposed to 35,000 or whatever the dealers charges and then taxes.

All in all, I know you want my car.

It even comes with free tint, blacked out tailights, and lowered on tein S-techs. What more could you ask for

Not sure yet, but its gonna save a ton of hassle and I wont be taxed on the price I get for the car.
