Hey if anyone is interested in buying a home in Federal Way, my brother is selling his house, just dropped the price from 485,000 to 449950. Its a 2 year old 3700sqft house. Appraised in January for $575,000 he needs out now so he dropped the price.

Houses are sitting on the market a lot longer this year, but that's a smoking deal for the square footage(nice looking too). Your brother should sell it pretty easily at that price.

 

yeah its $118/sqft the cheapest I can find anywhere aroun dhere is like $190-200/sqft

It is really nice inside too, no carpet only Cherry hardwood and tile/granite/slate so it really is a steal, especially with that $125k in instant equity

 

GOrgeous house. Man I wish real estate prices were that cheap here. A 800 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment here goes for 550K. No, I am not joking.

 

My parent's are looking for a new house. I showed them that and they seem interested =)
