I said it was like a game. I didn't mean to imply it was fun. I was in a screaming match with some numnutz's insurance company while at work. Games? Yes. Fun? Not at all.

I should have researched more. . .I ended up going to the place that does all the body work for Infiniti of Kirkland. . .they seemed like they would do good work, but the insurance claim adjuster who is responsible for *allowing* the work, wouldn't allow it. Lazy-eyed bastard.

Ah, you see? Knowing is everything. You have the right to take your car to whomever you wish. Games bro.

Wow...what a nightmare. Hope the lawsuit goes well, in this instance where it's actually justified.

OT: Jeff, why weren't you at GG? Forgot to pickup your ***** from the drycleaner's again?

My wreck on June 8th, 2001 - Houston, TX

Andrew,

I'm sorry for what has happened to you, and especially your wife. I was in a slight little fender bender myself back on June 8th, 2001. That was the night Tropical Storm Allison arrived in Houston, TX.

Lets put it this way, my '97 Ford Taurus SHO (V8) was a gonner. I should have been as well but, I'm still here. Everyone, even Ben Taub Hospital, are able to figure out how I lived. I use State Farm myself. So did the driver of the truck that tapped into my SHO. State Farm took care of everything for both parties since the driver of the Dodge uses State Farm.

Ben Taub has to force me into a coma for three weeks due to the brain damage caused in the wreck. I had two surgeries and a vast amount of p.t. After I was in the hospital for very close to two months, I was taken next door to my 1st rehabilitation facility. I lasted there for just under one month. After there, I was in two other rehabilitation locations.

Anyways, State Farm took care of a great deal of things before my work insurance and state of Texas was able to provide for me.

Was in Philly/Upstate NY for business. But I probably wouldn't have gone anyway. No big need to see a bunch of primered out 240SXs.
