im having a real hard time finding a place that can install the APS TT... zsports quoted me 3k.... they have only installed 2 twin turbos before and never on a g35, just 350z... so I dont think im going to go with them.

This place in kirkland called carb conn seems pretty decent but they dont seem to want my business.. i call the guy several times a day and hes always busy... doesnt return my phone calls as promised.

Not sure what to do..

considering the limited number of TT Z's around here, 2 installs might be the best that you get. If you are serious, you may want to have your car shipped to california, I believe thats what a couple of the local guys did, (DevilZ and skidmarq?)

or just drive it yourself and fly back, norcal is only ~20 hours or so isn't it? BTW, I paid $870 to have my car shipped from a socal dealership when I bought it

If you really want to go that route, just buy a roundtrip plane ticket. Drive down, fly back, then fly down and drive back. For reference, it's about 18hrs to LA and around 12hrs to SF. I think GTM and Relentless Autosports are your best bets down there...

I posted this in your thread over on my350, but I just can't help thinking how it's funny (and sad, at the same time) that my buddy will singlehandedly have more F/I experience with VQ's than any performance shop around here. He's already done a Vortech Z and my Stillen G. Within the next couple months, he will add 2 Vortech G's to that list, and another Stillen G.
