Team Intrinsic Charity Show 'n Shine - August 8th
Greetings all,
I'm sure some of you remember Impreza.net's "Cruzin' 4 Kids Show 'N Shine" last year down at the Tacoma Waterfront. All profits from the show went to the Mary Bridge Children's Foundation and totaled about $2000. If you need to refresh your memory a bit, here's some pics from the event:

Last year's show started as a simple charity, mostly-Subaru, show 'n shine barbecue that quickly turned into an almost full-fledged car show. The event's main organizer, Jeff Anderson (HiFiWRX), was overwhelmed and despite getting some last minute help, things did not go quite as planned. Thus, he pretty much vowed not to hold one next year if he was the only person involved in most of the organization of the event. However, after Intrinsic was formed, we made sure we wanted to do something like this again and give Jeff a lot of help, so that this time, we DO IT RIGHT!
With that said, I'm proud to announce that the planning for the Intrinsic 1st Annual Show n' Shine is in the process.

Yes, it's the day after Furious Nights down in Portland...but your car will already be clean and many of you have to come back up to the Seattle area anyway, so why not participate in a laid-back, chill show with prizes, free gifts, and all for a good cause anyway? Details will be soon to follow as we work them out, and I'll be sure to post updates and a link to the official event website as soon as it's up.
Regarding the location, XXX Root Beer in Issaquah is the last surviving XXX Root Beer in the entire country. They play host to big hot rod shows throughout the summer and are extremely excited to play host to an import show. This will be their first official import show ever, and they promise not to disappoint. XXX Root Beer has already said they'll be a major sponsor for this event and are already working with us to make this show successful!

This is going to be an AWESOME show!
I was hesitant to take it on by myself again, but like Verdugo pointed out, soon after Team Intrinsic was formed we decided it would be a great club fund raiser! So now I am really looking forward to doing it again and the location is perfect for a nice size show. Now if we can get good weather that weekend, we will be GOLDEN!
I would love to see a few G's(&Z's) out at the show, especially now that I am getting a G35 myself!! [img]/w3timages/icons/cool.gif[/img]
