So, we obviously can't do it in a garage... nobody has a garage big enough (yet... I probably will have access to a 1000+sqft garage within the next year)... any ideas?

it works.. but it's super fast. it's a craftsman sander/buffer. I tried to use it to sand my rims and it's too fast for it. I'm going to practice on my wifes car first

LOL, that car is doomed, I won't even pick up a rotary

Well if you guys want to drive down south, my store has an electrical outlet & water supply outside... dunno if you guys want to make the trek down to Kent, though.

Anyone know where I can take my car to get detailed? Somewhere that's reasoanbly inexpensive but good quality. Any input appreciated.

Detailing is more of a hobby and not really a side business so it would really depend on what you need to have done. I can't do anything until after golden gardens though. PM me if anyone has anything they need specifically done. I can should be able to help you out with recommendations or services.
