For September, The-Winding-Road is headed out to the southern flanks of Mt Baker. Making our way along the south shore of the Skagit River before heading north through Concrete and up Burpee Hill (one of the more challenging roads I've ever driven) we'll BBQ on the shores of Baker Lake at Panorama Point. We'll then venture west again enjoying some of the great alterantives to Hwy 20 before finishing up a few blocks from where we started, in Sedro Wooley.

We're meeting at 9:00 at Janicki Fields, Sedro Wooley, with the Drivers' Meetign at 9:45 and departure at 10:00.

Too far away from me. Looks like it would be a lot of fun though. Maybe one of these days!!

 

Well, I guess we'll see you in the spring. The passes aren't going to be fun for sports cars much longer.
