I got $0.60 off one time and $0.80 off a gallon another time. Not a big deal as gas is cheap but the wife filled up her Lexus for like $12 
This particular deal ends Dec 31st. So might as well remember to fill up before 09'. After that, it probably goes back to the $0.10 / gal discounts if you spend $100 or more etc.. Or whatever it was before.

No. Renton has one. Near the Renton municipal airport. Just south of it. There's one in bellevue. 140th and NE 10th or so. There is one in south seattle (Rainer Beach). MLK and ghetto street.

Off the top of my head, there's also one in Ballard, one on Auburn Way and one on a busy street in Everett.
