missing a sticker does not qualify as "damaged." yes QC was lacking and it should not have been shipped like that, but it still works perfectly fine. And they are sending new stickers for you, don't worry

On a side note its a good thing you ordered that from us, if you'd gotten it from someplace online I'm sure they wouldn't have even replied to your email

yeah visa's pretty good about taking care of you, usually the burden of proof is on the merchant, just gotta make sure you don't use it too much or they'll red flag you! :/
