FML (typical blonde moment)

So my annual labs came back and my doc thinks i'm a ripe candidate for some future heartache. He asks me to get to his office ASAP and so i do. When i get there he lays into me about what i need to do, then gives me some freebies and a prescription to right the wrong numbers.

This is clearly not an auspicious start to my weekend - what with the holiday season coming along & all - so as I'm pulling out of this dark dingy underground lot I smack my G's rear into one of those midget curb protectors. Stupid POS has managed to punch a nice football-sized hole in the bumper cover. And me in my infiniteeee blindness can only blame myself for it.

Anyway I don't want to call the insurance on this since its not worth the hit on my premium. And I stopped @ a couple of local body shops. They want $400 in parts and $500 in labor & supplies. I checked on the 'bay and figure I can save a couple of bucks by getting the parts myself.

What'd ya guys think ?

p.s.
no disrespect to blondies intended !

it's actually scientifically proven that blondes are a bit lagging in a brain department.

I read somewhere that both males and females have both male and female hormones in them. Males have more male hormones and females obviously the opposite. The more female hormones females have, the more they lean to a female side. Some of those female hormones cause blond hair and effect brain activity. So the more femeilish female is the less brain activity going on upstairs.

lol true that gotta be haten on better cars but checked it today and the dent is soft bends so no cracks from the dent so can be popped out and looking at it it seems the clear bra actually took nearly all maybe even all of the scrapes since the scratches are seeming to be the white of the bra.

will have to get a heat gun and remove the bra, if it saved my car from a 40mph rock i will be reppin that **** for ever

anyone ever buy OEM bodywork from parts.com ?

They're asking for a little for $300 for a new OEM bumper cover versus the dealer's price of over $400 proper. I'm half tempted to buy one of those rice'y body kits haha
