With the proper air tools, a nice spring compressor and a lift... you can definitely do a basic spring install on a G/Z in 45-60 minutes.
With all hand tools and 2 floor jacks in my home garage it takes me 90 minutes on average from unbolting the wheels to torquing them down at the end.

got my springs today but the shop that I was gonna do it was busy through the week.
just called a local shop and had it quoted at $400 with 4 hours of labor :0

Ended up going to Speed Concepts and getting it lowered there for $150. Decent price, (Initially was gonna pay $100 to another shop but they were busy til Monday and really wanted the Z springs installed)
On another hand, they scratched up my rims pretty hard inside where the nuts are
kinda mad about that.....arfgh...oh well...
