Spring install only...haha it was me and my brother. He did one side and I did the other. Same with my coupe, myself and a friend.

With the proper air tools, a nice spring compressor and a lift... you can definitely do a basic spring install on a G/Z in 45-60 minutes.

With all hand tools and 2 floor jacks in my home garage it takes me 90 minutes on average from unbolting the wheels to torquing them down at the end.

PRE is on 180th Division. and Forged is near the troutdale outlets. They're both good import shops.

Dante, when they quoted you the $400 for the spring install you should have asked them if you had "Stupid" written on your forehead....s/b on or about $100 for qualified mechanics plus the cost of alignment.

Ended up going to Speed Concepts and getting it lowered there for $150. Decent price, (Initially was gonna pay $100 to another shop but they were busy til Monday and really wanted the Z springs installed)
On another hand, they scratched up my rims pretty hard inside where the nuts are kinda mad about that.....arfgh...oh well...

If they ****ed up your rims mention it to the owner and see if they offer anything back... might be able to get if for $100 after all
