Girl's ring is setting me back $17g, but she will have it for the rest of her life. But I am back at work now since being bed ridden for the last 9 months with cancer and kicking *** at work making $20k in the last 2 months I didn't expect. I'm going to roll down to the shop here in Totem Lake in about a half hour or so.

Any questions you guys have that I can ask them for you?

I went over there this afternoon and Tuan is working on getting a sweet deal going for all of us. I see that a lot of people look at this thread, but who is excited about having a local shop to fit all of our needs? They are getting a brand new DYNO in very soon. I'm stoked for that.

Let me know who would be serious about giving this shop their business? Don't just take my word for it, come down yourself.

Vstrizheus,

I am in the mortgage/real estate biz. Let me know if any of you are as well. My girlfriend works at a mortgage company, and I sell mortgage/ real estate Leads. If you want leads to facilitate more biz, I got it. The company I work with is HouseValues in Totem Lake. I like to pay cash for things and not have revolving debt or credit cards. $24k for my G35x (w/ trade in), $17k for the ring, and the wedding is a ways away still. I just landed an account that migh make me some crazy fricken $$$, but I don't want to count my chickens before they hatch.

What do all of you guys do?

BigSash,

Let me know ordering details (i.e. specs of car) and I will see how much of a discount we can get. I know they are setting up a special discount just for us right now, so if they have it all figured out I will save you some $$$. When do you want to buy them?

Very interesting, my mom does Real Estate and Mortgage (Yes she has a Real Estate license and a Mortgage Loan Officer license...) on the side... maybe she'll be interested... what does a lead typically sell for? (price wise)

Sorry guys I have been sick the last few days, but still working so I have been resting when I get home.

I'll get prices for those sways tomorrow. If multiple people want them, I'm sure we can knock off some more $$$. I'll get em with ya.

I love the mortgage biz. Selling leads can range anywhere from $20 per lead to $50 per lead. It depends on the filter criteria and location for it cost more for us to target our media to obtain specific demographics.
