New in box, NOT refurb. I ONLY have access to CINGULAR models right now. If Verizon had these avail when I switched I wouldve grabbed this over the Treo, these area great devices.

It is a Cingular Blackberry. I do not think it is unlocked for use with other networks. Is that what you were asking?
