Beautiful house for sale in Euless, TX

I may be the first to put up a house on here but it doesn't hurt to try. My wife and I love the place but we're moving out of state. Next owners will be very pleased.

WOW! Bump for you. I only wish I could get something like that for the price over here in California. Over $100K more and I live in a freakin condo with a community pool.

I think its like ebay... 200k is the starting price. People actually offer on the house. I think its something like if you offer the house on more than its worth the value of the house goes up as well in market price. I forgot!

More like the second mortgage of the shack...Hmm, that would be a nice investment property...

thanks for the compliments guys. housing market in CA and FL is completely out of this world and could never afford to live out there unless i won the lottery. this is the perfect house for me and the wife (and future baby) and we're just selling it for what we paid. i wish we could take it with us.

Housing in Texas is cheaaaaaap compared to other states. My house is about the same size for less than 200k.
