Well... almost, I would say 99.9 percent new. I bought this phone but my company is offering free cell phones so I no longer am with tmobile. I have had this phone for 4 days. Since I'm with AT&T now, I no longer need this phone.

Small scuffs hardly notice any of them on the back battery cover. If it bother you that much, you can buy oem battery covers for about 5 dollars. Other wise the phone is mint. I will also include 512MB micro SD card.

Phone will come with microsoft outlook CD with serial key, orignal carrying holster, charger, usb cable, and usb headphones.

Now for those people saying you can get this for 150 on the tmobile website, you have to sign a 2 year contract in order to get it at that price.
