Personal Note: I've owned this laptop for 8 months and has never had a single software crash. Its an incredibly powerful work-horse and handles Photoshop like a dream. I take very good care of all my electronics and if you're serious about purchasing the computer, we can meet up so you can check it out for yourself. Depending on what you're doing and what power mode you have it on, the battery can last a little over 2 hrs. The antivirus is up to date but I have to check the expiration date (should be about 6 more months).
