Will it work on verizon?

 

sorry no, any GSM carrier. Verizon and Sprint are the only major non-GSM carriers in the US

 

Is this the HTC TyTn I or the TyTN II ???

it is the first one, but it comes with windows mobile 6 just like the second one. the only diff b/t the first and second one is GPS and 1 mp extra on the camera.
