I picked up the game/guitar at midnight at launch, and I've played it exactly 4 times. The game/guitar has a total of maybe 6 hours play time. I haven't turned on the controller since early November, so I don't know if the batteries still work.
I still have the original packaging, usb dongle, and guitar strap. To my knowledge, everything is in working order.
