so, a short explanation for my "screen-name" . . . i worked at Magnolia Hi-Fi for a few years, and developed a love for well recorded and perfectly reproduced music. it's a lot like the G35 mod disease, once you're in, it just gets more expensive

to the point: i have a Marantz SR8500 THX Receiver/Amp that i used for a short time in a theater setup. i'm going back to the sacred "two-channel" audio only equipment, since i never really used the surround sound capabilities of this incredible piece of equipment (for the past few months, it's just been used as a stereo pre-amp, didn't have any speakers plugged directly into it ) and i'm tired of seeing it go to waste because it is one of the best surround sound processors/amps i've ever heard (i've heard a lot!)

it is in perfect condition, with all original accessories (including room acoustics testing microphone for "auto-setup" of your system) and will be in it's original box when it leaves my home . . .
