Thanks guys, I really enjoy living in lively Downtown Long Beach - Grand Prix this weekend. I lived there before moving to another loft close by. My current renter is paying about the same but he's moving out of state in June due to work.

Pass on the info for me thanks...maybe a finder's fee?
