Anyone staying in Oregon who can help me buy bath and body work products and ship them to portland , OR 97220 for you?

I am located in singapore and wish to purchase some products but they do not allow international shipping or accept a out of country card.

I will cover all costs involved (paypal , shipping , etc) plus top up 10% of the purchase price or $15usd which ever is lower. so min $15usd just to help get some stuff and send them to 97220 (there is a company there which will get the stuff to me).

I call them and verified that there is no sales tax in oregon.
