Hi All,

I just bought Call of Duty 4 (Game of the Year Edition) at Best Buy today and when I tried to play it just once, I got motion sickness as well as my friends. This is the first time I have tried a first person shooter game on the PS3 and I guess I am not use to the graphics being that smooth and quick in motion that none of us can really play without feeling sick.

So unfortunately, since there is no shrink wrap I cannot return the game to Best Buy. So I am willing to sell the game for $50.00 if anyone is interested. You will be responsible for shipping cost...

I am taking a $14 loss (including what I paid in taxes), hopefully this will make up for the cost of shipping.

wow mate i recomend to keep playin and get used to it...the game is GREAT...about a year later and its still the only game i play...online play is why i play it..

good luck with the sale..if you cant sell then i recomend gettin used to it

you are taking a loss, but its not monetary... its missing out on the greatest FPS made to date...

wait.. so you AND all your friends got motion sickness? maybe you're just not controlling it right and keep like.. pressing up and down up and down.. or something.. LOL. I've played this game in front of large groups of people and no one ever mentioned anything like that. (including girls that obviously never played games before)

 

LOL, I dunno...I think it has something to do with us playing on an HD projector. It takes up the entire wall in our "game" room and the room isn't that big so maybe we're just sitting too close? We don't really have a choice with the way the room is set up...the next alternative is a 20" tv tube, I can't stand playing on that.
