comes with ipod in good condition minor scratches on back...a nice case..and the cords to connect to the tv that only work with the ipod touch(and other new models)..with charger

also 3 year target warranty...got it few months back so theres 2 years+ left on the warranty

reason for selling is because i havent used it for over a month and i figured someone would like it
