I was going to put these on my wife's 4Runner, but decided I didn't want to spend another $800 on tires. These are genuine OEM wheels and measure 18" x 7.5". These are the equivalent to the OEM 19" Rays in the 4Runner community. They are off an '06 Limited, but will fit any 4th Gen 4Runner (03+). I've also seen them on 3rd Gen T4R's as well but don't know if spacers or anything else would be required for fitment. The condition is a 9 out of 10. There is no curbrash and the only marks are from wheel weights and when the tires were dismounted. They come with OEM lugs and locks.
