Hello everyone, just got back from the apple store, and i have decided to sell my brand new iphone 16gb 1st gen. My other was giving me problems so i went to apple and they gave me this one brand spankin new. It came in a white box which they kept after they opened it to put a sim card back in. Other than that i put it right back into the original box. Original screen protector is still intact and untouched. Everything originally included such as:charger, phone, headphones, apple stickers, usb cord, screen towel, etc. Reason for selling is because i feel a blackberry will better suit my needs. The price is set at $550 (add shipping if out of state). If you look around on ebay, these are going for up to $600 in used condition. It still has 8 months left of the original 1 year warranty so if you ever have any issues you can still return it for a new one. This phone is also capable of being unlocked/jailbroken for those of you who dont have AT&T. Any questions or comments, please pm me. Thanks!

The hell is wrong with people these days...Idiot who won said hes not paying/thought the phone was a 3g...Phone will be put back up on ebay shortly. People these days i tell you.

 

I don't know if these are $600 used for the 1st gens, the price on these has dropped dramatically since people are able to their hands on the 3g without contracts..

I am still looking for a 1st gen but might have to settle for a 3g if I can't find one..

 

Man that really sucks. The phone sold for $800 and the guy wouldnt pay? It even says it's a 2G in the title. I would have so jumped on this phone if i hadn't lost my job. I don't really like the way the 3G looks. Plus I'm one of the original owners of the iPhone, like when it first came out. I didn't stand in line, but my uncle did. lol Anyways, sorry I'm going off topic here. Good luck with the second listing. Hopefully you won't get any idiots this time around.

 

^Mine is brand spanking new. I never even turned that thing on. Alot of the ones selling now unlocked...you gotta turn on and download stuff to make it that way which means its not "brand" new anymore is it? And i dont know how they are getting it with no contract because as far as i know any phone leaving the stores must be activated in store. I agree with you though boxz, i have the 3g now and it definately doesnt feel the same as my og iphone. Not really diggin the plastic backing.

 

Those people who already have AT&T can easily just purchase the phone for $200, activate it to their existing numbers, and then switch back to their original phone. Then they turn around and sell the iPhone to pay for a year's worth of phone service hahaha
