I purchased this ipod touch from best buy this past summer. I honestly do not use it much. It has the latest update 2.2.1, Model MA623LL.
It has always been kept in a cover most of its' life other when begin charged on dock.
The original plastic protector screen is still on the screen. I also have the original box, the original unused: USB 2.0 cable, dock adapter, polishing cloth, quick start guide. This thing is practically new!
This thing is awesome, you can add your own music, photos, videos, contacts, notes.. apple applications, 3rd party applications, has internet, wifi, gps maps,...
This thing is like new, I have deleted all my contents off and is ready for a new owner. Not refurbished, not damaged, everything in 110% working condition. Does not include headphones.
Specs:
The iPod Touch has a slim "brick" form factor, with a glass touchscreen display covering most of the top surface and a physical home button off the touchscreen. The display functions similarly to a multi-touch trackpad. The home screen has a list of icons for the available applications. All iPod Touch models include such applications as Music, Videos, and Photos (collectively duplicating the standard functions of the iPod Classic), iTunes (providing access to the Wi-Fi Music Store), Safari, YouTube, Calendar, Contacts, Clock, Calculator, and Settings. Later models added Mail (accessing POP/IMAP/SMTP e-mail), Maps, Stocks, Notes, and Weather, which could also be added to the earlier models with the purchase of a software upgrade. The user can add direct links to web sites (called "Web Clips") to the home screen. All iPod Touch models are equipped with Wi-Fi 802.11b/g.

I will also throw in a OEM motorola Bluetooth adapter so you can pair this to a bluetooth or wireless bluetooth headphones! Works great when at the gym. Will post picture later if necessary.
you can get a refurbished ipod touch from apple for 159.00 including shipping. not trying to hate or anything. thought you'd like to know.
