do yourself a favor (from someone who has sold a few iphones) make note of the IEMI and have your phone packed at UPS or Fedex were they have security cameras. I did as such and this slimebag tried to claim the phone was not in the box. Paypal (who are worse than the slimebag) initially told me I was out of luck even though it was signed for when it comes to a credit card dispute. The icing on the cake was when said DOUCH SLIMEBAG as DUMB enough to go to ATT and through some slueth on my side informed me he signed up for an att account.

Got that statement, along with a statement from fedex (after they reviewed the security tape) and paypal FINALLY sided with me.

Not to say everyone is like this but in a non ebay transaction, you are pretty much hanging your *** out in the wind if you are the seller

well on the flipside, I bought an iphone last year from a guy on howardforums. It was cheap and almost to good to be true but it seemed legit. Package arrived.....full of stinky, bunk smelling dirty towels and no iphone. PP sprung into action and got my money back but not before that slime made off with the cash

Oh yeah, TRUST ME. I've had my fare share with paypal.. Paypal can either be godly or a freaking nightmare.

When I was demodding my car they thought I was doing some kind of fraud or money laundering because of all the money being sent to my account... They held and locked my account containing over $3500 for 5 weeks before finally taking their nice chunk of fee's and giving it to me.
