FS: Escort Passport GT2 Vehicle Performance Computer
Hey Guys,
I have for sale a Passport GT2 timer. Got it in a trade from my friend, and have rarely used it. Comes with the charger but not the serial cord to download your graphs to your PC.
Looking for $75 Shipped but will entertain offers.
Heres some info on the unit itself:

Until now, you needed equipment that cost thousands of dollars to accurately measure your vehicle's performance. Now there's an easy, accurate, and affordable way to measure true performance--the Passport G-Timer GT2 vehicle performance computer. The GT2 requires no installation; just attach the unit to the windshield (suction cup mount included), plug into the lighter socket, and go. It's that simple.
Intuitive one-button operation makes the G-Timer incredibly easy to use. Simply press the calibrate button once to automatically calibrate and you're ready to perform. The GT2 measures acceleration times, braking, G-forces, and horsepower with absolute precision. Among the specific measurements are elapsed time to 60 feet, 330 feet, 1/8 mile, 1,000 feet, and 1/4 mile. It also displays braking distance and rate of deceleration. If you tune or modify your car, the GT2 lets you measure the change in your vehicle's performance or horsepower. For drag race, autocross, track event, or road race enthusiasts, the G-Timer can measure your vehicle's performance as you change components, setup, or driving styles.
The GT2 features an ultra-bright blue vacuum fluorescent graphics display that offers several options for displaying G-Meter information. It also stores 10 runs in internal memory, and with the optional cable and software it even has the capability of downloading data to your laptop, Palm, or PC. The GT2 includes a remote control power cord that lets you select modes and start timed runs without having to reach the buttons on the main unit.
Features include:
User-friendly: no manual needed
Ultra-bright vacuum fluorescent text/graphic display
Tracks acceleration times and speeds, including 0 to 60 and quarter-mile times
Calculates peak horsepower
Displays acceleration, cornering, and braking G-forces, including friction circle
Stores 10 runs in memory
Shows "best runs to date"
Download data to PC or laptop
Product Description
This clever Vehicle Performance Computer is a two-axis accelerometer, a performance computer that delivers quite a bit more data than any dragstrip. As the name suggests, it measures G forces and does so in all four quadrants: acceleration, braking and left/right. It records acceleration including elapsed time to 60 feet and rollout (primarily a measure of driver reaction time and staging technique, both crucial to winning drag races); time to 330 feet, 1/8 mile, 1,000 feet and quarter-mile, plus trap speed. It also displays braking distance and rate of deceleration. "We've used other performance computers but the Passport G Timer raises the bar another notch in accuracy, utility and user-friendly operation. Short of owning a dragstrip . . . it's the best investment you'll ever make." - RadarTest.com
