PA wouldn't allow me to get OMGHI2U because G stands for God and people can be offended by it.. .. so i wasn't allowed to do OM6HI2U or OMG9HI2U either.. so this was the only one i was allowed to get.. PA SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the exhaust. It will be loud at first but then really mellow out for a nice tone.

 

The double din is nice. Especially since I now have control over my climate controls again...

I have yet to get the Nismo on yet....Its looking like I may be waiting until next year and repainting the whole car.

Ha, You did beat me to it. So far I love the exhaust as well....The x-pipe does wonders. With the HFC's I am still getting a little rasp but I only have about 30 miles on it so far so there is still a lot of break in time. Its a heck of a lot better than my stock exhaust that was "bypassing" the muffler

Were did you get the exhaust? I found it on Ark's website for like $1245.00, that is not much cheaper than the HKS that everyone talks about. Is the Ark better quality? Just trying to figure out a few things before I buy exhaust. For this price I think I would have went with the Motordyne Shockwave TDX2. Is the Ark better than Motordyne? I really like the x pipe in the Ark.

 

HKS brand new is like $1800 i think, TDX2 is like 1600. I own the TDX2 and it sounds great.

If you search around here or my 350z in the vendor section you can get it for like 750 shipped. just make sure you tell them its for a G and you want the adjustable tips. They are really fast.

 

I got one of their last pieces at their "introductory price" Contact Sean via pm (teamark) and see what they can do for you. I wouldnt say the quality is better...everyone knows how well manufactured the HKS is....and the ARK pieces are still pretty new. From what I could tell though, the welds were really good, Fitment is good, customer service is good and they are quick shippers.

The x-pipe is what sold it to me. I considered getting a used HKS and putting in my own x-pipe. There is a lot of debate as to whats better..x-pipe or h-pipe.....much like supercharger or turbo...what I do know is that I like the sound better. Do a quick search and you will see what people say about the differences between the two.
