Manual Transmission Help!

So, I bought a 2009 G37s Coupe, which obviously has a manual transmission. I've never driven a manual in my life, and was never taught when I was younger. I was ready for a challenge! Anyway, I've pretty much got it down for the most part, I just need to smooth everything out. I occasionally stall here and there, but nothing like when I first got the car!

I'm wondering if there's anyone close by that can show me a little more on how to handle it? I've been looking for a place to take some lessons, but have found nothing. Any takers?

And yes, I've read through everything on the MyG37 and G35Driver forums! I'm located about 10 miles north of Louisville. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Go on YOUTUBE and you'll find LOTS of videos that will teach you how to drive a manual better I learned how on my own but those videos helped out my cousin a lot and I think it'll help you out too since you don't have a teacher to help ya.

^ good Idea Locksmith!

and swilli4424, you are more than welcome to join the Ohio G CLub. CHris is the Louisville Manager. There are 3 from Kentucky, one from PA and several from the CIncy area. We look forward to meeting you as well. I can tell you that the Club itself is fun, but the knowledge base that is held within our club members' minds is amazing! Not to mention, we have quite a few gearheads, or guys that dont mind busting a knuckle just for the sake of hanging out in a garage.

Let me or Chris know...

Thanks! I was actually at HIN with my husband. This was before I bought my coupe. I probably met you there. I'm definitely going to give Chris a call!
