know i havent been on here a whole lot the past few months,blown ring has had me down for a while but i finally got a few bucks together to start my build this winter..im hoping to be done by summer..anyways thought id ask if any other FI guys in here knew...im going with CP pistons..what compression should i go with..ive seen 2 diff ones..11 0 1 or the 8 5 1..and what are their differences?
also getting new 550cc injectors, eagle rods, injen exhaust and 1/2motordyne iso spacer. aiming for 430-450whp.

 

You could as Slo mo Corey what he plans to due with mine next summer- he was the guy who built dal's motor for his ride.

where are u getting your work done at micheal??? i might do it at the same time...

 

not sure yet. im thnking about bringing it to slow motion..let me know if youre interested ive got an enclosed trailer to bring my motor up on,with plenty of room for another..if i dont go through them, im thinking automotion or maybe even autolab..not sure yet.

not 100% sure yet but i know parts are going to be around 2500 total..not bad for all im getting...as for actually getting built..unsure i still have to call Slowmotion..which ill prob do this afternoon..id say around 2-3k so total shouldnt be much more than 5k..saving alot pulling the motor myself..also putting in my own injectors,and spacer..ill keep you updated

 

yeah im done for about 5mo.(around april) car is getting a complete makeover..ill prob keep the cf/black concept along with my front but im getting some paint touch ups,wiretuck..along with some other goodies ill prob need some help doing my wiretuck once the motor is pulled..ill call u

You need to do 8.5:1 if you are Forced Induction.
