+1 for VS-XX if you don't care about weight. If I was boosted and had more hp than I could keep track of, that's my wheel of choice.

Volk CE, TE, RE, SE, ME progressive...essentially any monoblock line Volks are under 23lbs for 19x9 to 10
honestly quite a few more if you go a hair above 25lbs at each corner...

It's up to you, many options to choose from. I for one love the Work T1-S, and it's not super heavy either by any stretch as compared to most multipiece wheels. Don't let a few extra lbs at each corner sway you from getting what you want. That being said function>form any day.
Nice post Arnab. I am leaning towards the T1S..I just need to decide what look I am going for..
