Trouble loading up pages?

Anyone else experiencing problems with the pages loading up when there is a national city bank ad shown? I have had problems on two computers now and only when that ad is showing.

The ads between the top banner and the threads. Did it again this morning. I had to hit refresh four or five times until the ad changed and then the thread list loaded up.
