HKS Exhaust and Radiator
if what i've read is correct in order for Jeremy to reach power gains over 400 and have a stable engine, he's gotta rebuild.
According to the turbo section, anything over 420 on stock block will deteriorate the life of the motor

Technically any form of FI will deteriorate a stock motor that was not turbo'd from the factory and even those FI from the factory with higher boost. The question is how long before detonation. Dal isn't wrong at all even if he were to suggest J would need a build, even at 400hp. Our blocks just aren't as robust as the VQ37 blocks and seem to be a finicky platform for non-built FI cars. That's just how it is. People will swear this that and the other about going FI and how 'done properly' it will be ok. Look at Dal's old block and tell him that...he was under 400hp and it still blew on a low mileage motor.
Anything above 400hp without proper consideration given to internals is asking for trouble IMHO. It's just like any other part being asked to do something it can do but not for long term...
Similarly, I see TONS of people with lowering springs on stock shocks...this will eventually cause shock failure. Some people are lucky and get 10s of thousands of miles, some fail after 5000...but the stock shock isn't made to take the increased compression load from a lowered spring even if the rate is lower than stock. Same principle, different part, but be assured it will fail given enough time and enough load/demand.

Are you going to leave the slats raw CF or red tint them like the rest of the CF you have? I think some contrast would look good on that hood.
Also lemme know when you are heading up to SlowMo next Tuesday for the exhaust. I'm done with work at 11am that day so I can meet you out there to see about that exhausty.
