I would like your thoughts and prayers please
Everyone,
This morning my friend was on a service call, changing a tire on I65 in Southern Indiana. As he was putting the tire in the trunk of the car he was smashed between his truck and the car he just changed the tire on when someone hit his truck from behind.
The outcome was that he has a broken leg above the right knee, same for the left except that his left leg below the knee will be amputated because it was smashed.
Please, everyone that reads this, just say a prayer for my friend/brother Trent. Things like this shouldnt happen, more then likely the driver was deistracted by something insignificant and caused this. He is 18 years old, just started college at UofL and had big plans for life. This isnt the end of life by any means, but the type of monkey wrench that was thrown is not the one that I would have expected.
Thank you everyone for all your support. I know he appreciates it.

Thanks everyone for the positive thoughts and prayers. He made it out of surgery ok, they had to remove is lower leg about 4 inches past his knee cap. They are going to monitor it because they aren't sure if his knee will survive as it's broke in half and might not heal correctly.
Again, thank you all.
