Well josh has my test pipes!! Except my impact wrench sucked ***** and could not get the bolts off the CATs. I feel bad...but hopefully when you get the exhaust on you will be happy!!

haha you're fine Stan, I appreciate you trying as I sat back and watched you and drank water in the heat lol but I def can't wait for my exhaust and test pipes to be installed!!!

 

so Stan,... my dealership won't install the test pipes cuz they're technically "illegal" and they don't want to get in trouble... do you know anyone that could install these still?!

 

Slo-mo would be able to do it. Maybe Mineke or a muffler shop.

A stronger impact tool at my house.... Maybe you can convice someone up in C-bus to hold an install meet.

Yea I had 2 mechanics here calling their buddies around dayton, only 1 guy said he'll do it at his shop but he said that the test pipes will throw the CEL and that I need to get a chip,... is this true? or is there any other way to get rid of the CEL or will it even throw the CEL?


Well I'll be in cbus next weekend so he should host one then!!

Alright, i'll have to give them a call sometime then,.. did you have a tune after? I read that with TPs, you run real lean and a tune is good to help that out, get more of your hp out and it turns the CEL off
