Tuner version is a cable that pairs with software. Sounds like he's dead set on doing the tuning himself because there's no reason you can't sell the cable and license. Other companies do it all the time.

It's going to be a hard sell getting people to commit to some unknown and unproven tuner.

 

Especially since the tuner version retails for $700 with absolutely no support... and he's saying that you will get the complete authentic tuner version PLUS a full dyno tune for how much???

 

Don't know guys, he's licensed with UpRev and all I know he's doing a group deal for $500. This isn't going to be like this all the time. The price will go up!

 

Don't know, I just remember he said he can't just sell the Tuner Version for $500 by its self. You can call him and find out all about it.

 

You should probably not post the name of the shop then, he can get in serious trouble for violating uprev's MAP policy. From what I've heard they are very strict

 

Also according to Uprev zero lag performance is not an authorized dealer, has no inventory, and cannot provide support of any kind..

ok talked, and found out that he's getting his UpRev Licence in August. He's not licensed yet. So that's why he's doing the tune in August and not anytime earlier.

 

So you want people to drive to Cleveland and buy an uprev tune from someone who doesn't currently tune with uprev?

I'm not going to let my car be his guinea pig.

 

Don't forget you've got to put down a deposit before he's even an uprev dealer
