2005 G35 coupe 69k original miles VA car 6MT

Looking to sell my 05 G35 coupe w 68,341 original miles. It is a 6MT and spent it's entire life aside from the last few months in upstate NY. I purchased it thinking I wanted to build another car but it's not in the cards and I need to free up space. I purchased it from the original owners family (passed sometimes during covid) the Carfax shows regular routine maintenance and the family sent the car to a local Nissan dealer for a full service before my purchase (have $2500 receipt, all fluids, plugs wires). It did need brake pads and a rear muffler when I purchased it so I bought brembos w brand new OEM pads/rotors and a tanabe medallion exhaust (didn't want super loud because I'm old now) the multi disc head unit also didn't work so I added a alpine ilx-w650 w android/appleplay. Looking to get 12,500 obo. It is located in the upstate NY area but it has been strictly a VA car since new (aside from last few months)
, so absolutely NO RUST!

Pros: everything works, spare sunroof all OEM parts and stock.

Cons: small tear in driver side seat, my upholstry guy is absolutely swamped since it's boat season currently but it is scheduled to get fixed.

Injen intake and hydro sock installed @ 65k
Tanabe Medallion/ISR Y-pipe @65k
Brembos new pads and rotors @ 65k
z1 SS premium brake lines
JDM front corner markers
Gialla rep front lip
reverse camera w alpine ilx-w650
JDM navigation bezel w JDM dual climate control buttons
Had a paintless dent removal guy go through the car
25mm ksp spacers
That's it, it's pretty stock and I have all OEM parts. Car is mint, I just have too many hobbies and racing motorcycles is taking top priority so I'd like the cash since I have 0 self control and want a boosted VQ but don't want to spend 15k to do it anymore.

Nice clean looking car but you need to get a proper verification pic up as per the marketplace rules.

Sorry about that I wasn't sure. The link will not work so I'm still not sure what you mean by verification pic. I will happily comply just don't know what you need from me yet?

@Chasingstatus Your user name "Chasingstatus" and today's date written on a sheet of paper in a photo with the car.

Interestingly, I also was unable to open the link to the marketplace rule, and I certainly qualify. Something must be broken there. Says we don't have permission to access.

Weird, I'll forward it to IB to have them take a look. But yeah handwritten note with your username, the date, included in one of the photos of the car. Most people just set it on the hood and take a picture, doesn't need to be too complicated.
Ok I think I fixed it, turns out there was an expiration date attached to it that I wasn't aware of. That link should work now.
