Yup. She's currently ranked #1.
any one who has been to Korea-
I come from an area (La Canada) where there is a huge Korean population, so like 90% of my friends are Korean. We are thinking of going to Korea this summer for a couple weeks to party it up (and see some touristy stuff too). Any ideas on what we should do/where we should go??
some info:
we are all 19/20 years old and have a modest budget
I'm not Korean (i'm middle eastern), and one of my Korean buddies has never been to Korea while the other went when he was like 6 years old
any and all advice is appreciated! thanks

Well I have been there a few times. My last time was in 2006. As far as touristy stuff. It really depends on what you guys want to do/checkout. I say spend a few days in the city. (Seoul) Party it up.
Places are Gangnam/Apguejeong (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apgujeong-dong)The bars/clubs are endless. If you're into that scene.
Does your buddy have any family there? That might help.
^ thanks
yeah he has family but they live in the country side, away from Seoul
and yeah we are definitely into bar/club scene.
another buddy of mine told me about this one sauna that was on a mountain top or something, and it had like naturally hot and cold water coming in, and it was some sort of hidden paradise type deal. i forgot the name tho, he said I HAD to go there, any idea of the name?

Actually there are a few casinos out there. Walker Hill, and a few others. Only open to foreigners.
So you're good!! Not sure what sauna he's talking about. But there's tons in the city. It's a great place to checkout after a long time of drinking.
If you go to Seoul...especially in the Gangnam/Apgujeong-do area. There's tons of people that speak English. I wish I was going. I could show ya around.
It's all good. KIM YUNA TONIGHT!!!
