No I haven't......I only tried this one "noodle town" place or something like that. It was whatevers. 
My cousin, and a couple of my friends been living in SD for a while. They said that nothing in SD compares to LA/OC area. If you find one....can you let me know as well! 
I went to that min-sok-chon drinking place. There food wasn't that bad at all. 
Best one so far I'd say. Then again....I've only been to two places in SD.
