Tpms.

Hi,
how can I tell if my 03 g35 jdm has the tpms system installed
when I change my tyres do I need any special tyre valves fitted.

Only the North American cars got this system along with cruise control.
it is a pessure sensor in the valves of each wheel which sends a signal if the pressure is low to the BCM (body control module). This is the same system the door locks work on i believe. You need to find out if the BCM is the same part number in the US as it is JDM, if it is then it must be possible but im still not sure where the warning light would go.
